Yes you read it right , the main reason behind your 99% of sadness is you , and you are responsible for most of your sorrows and disappointments .Believe or don't believe but this is truth.Just think once and look at yourself.
You are the only one who is responsible for your sadness.Because,You expect too much from other people , please stop it and start expecting from yourself ,please work hard for your dreams and desires.

You don't have control on your emotions
Why you are expecting too much from other people
why you don't work on yourself
and why you never try to change yourself.

Girlfriend or Boyfriend , or thoughts about your one side crush can disturb you very easily ... AM I right ??
THIS ALL SHIT IS HAPPENING WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE CONTROL ON YOUR EMOTION'S ...

SO, FIRST THING YOU MUST START RIGHT NOW IS THAT , YOU MUST TRY TO GET SOME POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND INSPIRATION FROM SOME OF THE GREAT MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER'S .. TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR THOUGHTS ...
I AM NOT SAYING YOU TO CONTROL YOUR MIND.BECAUSE WITHOUT GREAT THOUGHTS YOU CANT CONTROL YOUR MIND , SO FOCUS ON YOUR THOUGHTS ...ONLY YOUR POSITIVE THOUGHTS CAN CONTROL YOUR ACTION'S AND YOUR MIND TOO ...

Please be strong enough , and be serious enough for your life ....spend maximum time for your dream project ....Make yourself too much busy in doing all productive, great things so that you will never get time to think about stupid and useless things...

Control your mind , else it will control you ...
get some positive thought's to control your mind ....
this is your life and you take the decision....

Sadness can stem from various sources, and its reasons can be deeply personal and diverse. Here are some common reasons behind sadness:

Loss and Grief:  Experiencing the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a cherished opportunity can lead to profound sadness. Grieving these losses is a natural response.

Loneliness and Isolation:  Feeling disconnected or isolated from others, lacking social support, or experiencing a lack of close relationships can contribute to sadness.

Stress and Overwhelm:  Coping with excessive stress, pressure, or overwhelming situations in life, such as financial difficulties, work stress, or academic pressure, can lead to feelings of sadness.

Health Issues:  Physical health problems, chronic illnesses, or mental health conditions like depression and anxiety can significantly impact one's mood and lead to persistent sadness.

Unfulfilled Expectations:  Not meeting personal or societal expectations, unfulfilled goals, or feeling stuck in life can cause a sense of disappointment and sadness.

Trauma and Past Experiences:  Past traumatic events, abuse, or experiences of neglect can deeply affect one's emotional well-being and contribute to feelings of sadness.

Change and Transitions:  Life changes such as moving to a new place, changing jobs, or major life transitions can evoke feelings of uncertainty and sadness.

Hormonal Changes:  Hormonal imbalances, particularly during puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause, can influence emotions and contribute to mood swings and feelings of sadness.

Seasonal Changes:  Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression linked to changes in seasons, typically occurring in the fall and winter months due to reduced sunlight exposure.

Sadness is a natural emotion, and it's essential to acknowledge and address it. Seeking support from friends, family, or mental health professionals can help in understanding and coping with the reasons behind sadness.
